A desperate move for Power, How Farmaajo is trying to convince the state governors in Somalia

There was a secret agreement between state governors (Jubaland and Puntland) and Farmaajo to obtain support in the elections. In return of voting for Farmaajo, the state governors can obtain greater powers in controlling the internal affairs and financial resources of the states in addition to that, Farmaajo promised state governors to send Somalis to study and get military training in Turkey.

We all know these are failed promises that cant be achieved by Faarmajo and these are the types of failed promieses we expect to be coming from a failed President at the dire time of election.
